詩90:1 〔神人摩西的祈禱。〕主阿、你世世代代作我們的居所。
Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
詩90:2 諸山未曾生出、地與世界你未曾造成、從亙古到永遠、你是 神。
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
詩90:3 你使人歸於塵土、說、你們世人要歸回。
Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
詩90:4 在你看來、千年如已過的昨日、又如夜間的一更。
For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
詩90:5 你叫他們如水沖去．他們如睡一覺．早晨、他們如生長的草．
Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
詩90:6 早晨發芽生長、晚上割下枯乾。
In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
詩90:7 我們因你的怒氣而消滅、因你的忿怒而驚惶。
For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
詩90:8 你將我們的罪孽擺在你面前、將我們的隱惡擺在你面光之中。
Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
詩90:9 我們經過的日子、都在你震怒之下．我們度盡的年歲、好像一聲歎息。
For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
詩90:10 我們一生的年日是七十歲．若是強壯可到八十歲．但其中所矜誇的、不過是勞苦愁煩．轉眼成空、我們便如飛而去。
The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away
詩90:11 誰曉得你怒氣的權勢、誰按著你該受的敬畏曉得你的忿怒呢。
Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
詩90:12 求你指教我們怎樣數算自己的日子、好叫我們得著智慧的心。
So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
詩90:13 耶和華阿、我們要等到幾時呢．求你轉回、為你的僕人後悔。
Return, O Lord, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
詩90:14 求你使我們早早飽得你的慈愛、好叫我們一生一世歡呼喜樂。
O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
詩90:15 求你照著你使我們受苦的日子、和我們遭難的年歲、叫我們喜樂。
Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
詩90:16 願你的作為向你僕人顯現．願你的榮耀向他們子孫顯明。
Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
詩90:17 願主我們 神的榮美、歸於我們身上．願你堅立我們手所作的工．我們手所作的工、願你堅立。
And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
